Applying for 9th Grade Admission

St. Elizabeth School provides a college-preparatory education to students who seek a learning environment in which they are prepared for a life of continuing education, service to others, and growth in spirituality.

Admissions Process for Prospective Freshmen

Students interested in applying for 9th grade admission are required to take the Diocese of Wilmington High School Placement Test (HSPT) in December of their 8th grade year.  

Please take the test at St. Elizabeth High School on one of the following days:
Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 8:30 am.
Sunday, December 2, 2018 at 12 noon.

Registration for the HSPT will take place online, through Scholastic Testing Services.

Additional detailed information regarding registration instructions, testing dates, testing locations, payment and answers to frequently asked questions are provided at the site.  
Online registration for the HSPT opens September 2018 and closes just before the test on December 2018.

In addition to registering for the HSPT, students that wish to apply to St. Elizabeth High School must also complete our application online. The application can be found by clicking on the "Apply Now" button on the right side of this page. Follow the steps below to complete our application. 
 
If you have already completed our Inquiry Form online, you will have received an onCampus username via email. In order to apply, use this username when prompted to login, and click the “Forgot Password” or “Reset Password” button to create a new password for your account. Once you have created a password, you will be able to login to onCampus to complete the application online by clicking the “Apply Now” button on the right side of this webpage.

If you have not completed our Inquiry Form online, please do so here. After your completed Inquiry Form is processed, you will receive an email with your unique username and directions for establishing your password. Once you have created a password, you will be able to login to onCampus to complete the application online by clicking the “Apply Now” button on the right side of this webpage.

After completing your application online, you will receive an email detailing the remaining steps in the application process.

A completed online test registration form permits St. Elizabeth High School to formally request student records and a recommendation from the applicant's current elementary/middle school. No additional letters of recommendation are required. 

It is the responsibility of the St Elizabeth High School Admissions Board to review each applicant's report cards, standardized test scores, school recommendation, and HSPT score for admission and scholarship consideration.

Admission decisions for the Class of 2023 at St. Elizabeth High School will be mailed on Friday, January 11, 2019.
