Tuition Payment Plan

All families must register or re-enroll through Smart Tuition at enrollwithsmart.com. Smart Tuition manages the collection of St. E tuition payments. Smart Tuition is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: (888) 868-8828 or parents@smarttuition.com.

  • Pre-K 3 – 8th Grades

    RATE A: St. Elizabeth Parish families that are active and contributing to the Parish.

    • One Student- $6,250 --- $520.83/month or $120/week
    • Two Students - $10,250 --- $854.17/month or $197/week
    • Three Students - $12,506 --- $1,042.17/month or $$240/week

    RATE B: Non-Parish Family

    • One Student - $6,965 ---  $580.42/month or $134/week
    • Two Students - $10,657 --- $888.08/month or $205/week
    • Three Students - $13,206 --- $1,100.50/month or $254/week

    Part-time Pre-K 3 & 4 - $4,400 --- $366.67/month or $85/week
     
  • High School Grades 9-12

    Tuition for the 2018-2019 School Year is $12,000.

    • 12 MONTHLY PAYMENTS beginning June 2018 for 12 months.  Monthly payments must be made via automatic deduction from your bank account (checking or savings). Available payment dates are the 1st , 10th , or 20th of the month.
    • PAYMENT IN FULL on or before June 20, 2018. This Plan includes a $300 discount for payment in full.  No discount for late payments made after June 20, 2018.
    • TWO PAYMENTS 50% of tuition and fees due on June 20, 2018 & November 20, 2018. This Plan includes a $100 discount. No discount for late payments made after June 20, 2018.

Additional Fees

Lower School & Junior High Grades Pre-K 3 – 8th
  • Book Bill fee:  Pre-K- $100, K- $150, Grades 1-6- $250
  • Grades 7-8th purchase books for their iPads, Approx. cost - $150
  • Technology fee: $100 per student in grades Pre-K through 6th
  • Technology fee: $150 per student in grades 7th and 8th
  • Re-enrollment fee: $100 per student in grades Pre-K 3-8th

High School Grades 9-12th

non-refundable registration fee of $400 for all incoming freshmen is due with student registration upon receiving notification of acceptance to St. Elizabeth High School. There will be a $100 discount if registered by February 16, 2018. This fee is not included in the tuition cost.

Scholarships

Academic scholarships are awarded to St. Elizabeth incoming freshmen who achieve the highest national percentile composite scores on the December placement test, receive an exemplary recommendation from an administrator of their feeder school, and achieve high scores on standardized tests and report cards from their middle school. Each student awarded an academic scholarship must:

  • obtain honors each quarter (minimum GPA of 3.40) and become eligible for the National Honor Society in junior year
  • maintain good attendance and disciplinary records
  • enroll in advanced placement courses when they are available to the student
  • participate in at least two school clubs/teams
Students who fail to fulfill these requirements may be issued a warning. They may have to subsequently forfeit their scholarship. Tuition payments will be adjusted by the amount of scholarship received.

Financial Aid

St. Elizabeth Lower School and Junior High offer tuition assistance (grades K-8 only) through the Diocese of Wilmington's Vision for the Future Tuition Assistance Program. The process is through FACTS and only available from December 1 through March 5 annually. Families can apply onlineFamilies must reapply for financial assistance each year. Tuition payments will be adjusted by St. E business office once we receive notification of the award from the Diocese.

St. Elizabeth High School uses School and Student Services (SSS) for the financial aid process. To be considered for financial aid, parents must complete a PFS (Parent Financial Statement) and submit W-2 and tax forms directly to SSS. The PFS form should be completed online. Applicants must reapply for financial aid each year. Tuition payments will be adjusted by the amount of financial aid awarded. Financial aid applies to tuition only and is not offered for iPad, books, uniforms or any fees.
