The St. E group is scheduled for orientation at 12:30 pm, so please arrive early! The group will depart from Wilderness Canoe for the Brandywine River at 1 pm. The tubing should take approximately 2 hours maximum, depending on how fast you float. The portion of the river that will be traversed is from Smith’s Bridge to Thompson’s Bridge. Wilderness Canoe will then drive us back to their store location. Parents can expect to pick up students at approximately 3:15 pm Friday afternoon.

The cost of the trip will be $20 (checks made payable to St. Elizabeth High School). This will cover your tube rental and the cost of transportation to and from Wilderness Canoe and the river. Shoes must be worn at all times! We recommend old shoes, sandals, or water shoes, but no flip flops are permitted. This is for your safety and nonnegotiable. We recommend that you bring a set of dry clothes to change into after tubing. It will most likely be a hot day so please bring sunscreen. Do not bring any valuables for it will be difficult to store at Wilderness Canoe.

All waivers and forms must be submitted by June 18th.
