St. Elizabeth Names Terre Taylor as New Upper School Principal
We have an Upper School Principal!
July 2, 2018
Dear St. E Students, Families, Alumni, and Friends,
Terre Taylor will assume the role as Principal of the Upper School on July 16.
Terre has been part of our Diocesan School community and its mission since 1993 when she began teaching science at St. Mark’s High School. In 2009, she became the Assistant Principal for Student Affairs. She brings a lot of experience from her time at St. Mark’s where she was known as a steady, confident and committed leader. She is a team player. Terre left St. Mark’s in 2016 to assume a position with the State Department of Education as Coordinator of Interscholastic Athletics for DIAA. She is an experienced and passionate educator and leader with a desire to work in a student-centered and mission-driven Catholic School.
Terre graduated in 1991 from Loyola University Summa Cum Laude and in 2002 received her Masters in Educational Leadership from Wilmington University. She has been married to Brian for 22 years and they are the proud parents of 9 year old twins Ally & Will. This experienced softball and basketball coach is excited to lead this community with great things already in motion.
Let’s give a Benedictine welcome to Terre and her family!
