This year we launched our University of Delaware Dual Enrollment pilot program where a group of 12 students took a total of 18 university classes, earning 3 college credits for each completed class.
This resulted in a grand total of 56 college credits earned, while they were still enrolled at St. Elizabeth High School.
The group's success has paved the way for us to expand the program to include dual enrollment relationships with Wilmington University and Immaculata University, in addition to expanding our dual enrollment relationship with the University of Delaware.
Our Vikings scholars have made a solid impression on these institutions, and have forged exciting opportunities for our students to push themselves further in their academic formation while earning valuable college credits in high school. We are tremendously proud of the students in this pilot group, and we congratulate them on their academic accomplishments!
