Job Title: Head Boys Lacrosse Coach (Seasonal Position)
Location: St. Elizabeth High School – Wilmington, DE
Reports To: Athletic Director

Essential Duties & Performance Responsibilities:
The head coach is expected to provide the necessary leadership to plan, organize, and accept responsibility for a comprehensive lacrosse program. The head coach must carry out the objectives of the total school mission and athletic program to include the elements of fair play and teamwork, a sense of confidence, and self-discipline through the development and extension of various skills as provided by interscholastic competition.
The candidate should possess a demonstrated ability to manage a boy’s lacrosse program through previous experience as a coach or player. The candidate should have experience working in a high school setting.
